Born in London, England, 8th. Nov. 1961.   
Classically trained from the age of 11yrs.    
Moved to Hong Kong and joined the Hong Kong Concert Orchestra age 12.    
Was introduced to jazz a year later.   
On returning to U.K., continued playing with various 'brass ensembles',   
brass bands and orchestras.   
Studied at City Of Leeds College of Music on the Graduate Diploma course   
in 'Light Music' (Jazz) , incorporating classical studies.   
Since turning professional.   

He is also a composer, and was commissioned to write   
three pieces of music for the Lido Theatre in Paris,   
to be used in their world touring ' extravaganza', 'Lido Tournee ' in 1998.   
He was also the Musical Director for the 'Heineken Night Live'   
shows from 1999-2002, held annually at the 10,000 cap. 'Ahoy' in Rotterdam   
and is the current Musical Director for the award winning 'Jazz Jamaica All Stars'   
big band (ref. www.dune-records.com).   
Kevin works as an arranger for many of the artists he collaborates with    
and is close to finishing his own solo project.
